As long as both the artist and the client agree to respectful communication between the time of request and completion, the client or commissioner may select the preferred method of communication when contacting. The client will be blacklisted from our service and reported on social media if they refuse to utilize polite communication on the chosen social media platform. The user has read the website's terms and conditions and privacy notice before submitting and booking a commission. Additionally, the user must certify that they have received the artwork. The client may be responsible for nullifying the commission contract if they have neglected to provide evidence of receipt, such as a message or screenshot (to show they have recieved the artwork. As long as the commissions do not fall under the parameters of the request rejection, the artist is free to accept or reject them. Fetish, NSFW, furry, and oversexualized content will not be drawn by the artist, as previously mentioned. We shall not accept any commission requests that fall within that range of the specified contents. When commissioning an artist, the customer may be charged a cover fee, which is 20% of the total commission price, if the client changes the artwork midway through the sketching process. The artist may decide to end the commission agreement, though, if they are no longer able to draw the commission after agreeing to the client's request. Therefore, in the event that the artist terminates the commission contract, the client is entitled to a 100% reimbursement, which will be issued five working days after the artist makes the termination. Following acceptance of a commission request, the artist and client will engage into a commission contract. Following the completion and submission of the form, the artist and client will need to communicate (using a selected social media platform) about the terms, scope, and size of the commission. On'said' selected social media platform, the artist is required to notify each client when the artwork is almost complete. The entire amount must be paid in advance online by the client through the pay channels selected by the artist. The artist has the right to end the commission agreement if there is no clear communication with the customer after it has been approved. If a customer uploads their commission to any social media site as a post or message after receiving it, they must give the artist verbal or written credit. The client may face legal repercussions if it is discovered that they are sharing content and passing it off as their own, violating the artist's copyright. Any client who posts without giving acknowledgment to the artist will be instructed to do so or have the post removed; if nothing changes after one attempt to inform the client of their copyright, action may be taken. Lastly any spamming on behalf of the client or artist on the chosen social media platform (in the period of drawing the comission) may lead to termination of the comission contract.
